RYA Coastal Skipper and Yachtmaster Offshore Theory

This is an advanced course in navigation and meteorology for candidates for the RYA Coastal Skipper and Yachtmaster Offshore Shorebased Certificate.

The assumed level of knowledge is the Day Skipper Shorebased Course.

6 Days

RYA Yachtmaster Ocean Theory

This course explores long- distance passage planning and worldwide meteorology with the main focus being astronavigation: using sextant sights of stars, planets, the sun and the moon for navigation. A firm foundation for students wishing to undertake the practical RYA/MCA

Yachtmaster Ocean Certificate of Competence.
